From Buyers: If you create a free account, we collect your name, email address, and search preferences (parishes, property type, price range). We also store your wishlist (saved listing IDs). We collect standard web analytics data (page views, session duration) via Google Analytics.

From Realtors: We collect your name, title, brokerage, REB license number, license document, WhatsApp number, phone, email, photo, bio, and parishes served. We store your listing data and performance statistics (view counts, WhatsApp click counts).

Automatically: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve the directory
  • To display your realtor profile and listings to prospective buyers
  • To verify REB license status and maintain compliance
  • To show buyers listings matching their saved preferences on login
  • To analyze site usage and improve the user experience

3. What We Do Not Share

  • Buyer wishlists and preferences are private and are never shared with realtors or third parties
  • Realtors see only aggregate listing statistics — not the identity of buyers who saved their listings
  • We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties

4. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is stored on servers in the United States. We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics cookies for usage tracking. You may decline non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Site.

6. Data Retention

Realtor account data is retained while the account is active. Buyer account data is retained until the account is deleted. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights
